Built on a working fleet
Four things generic rental software gets wrong.
We built DrumFleet as operators: our founder runs a washer-and-dryer rental business in northern Utah. It shows in the details — and every one of these is checkable inside the free trial.

- Not on signup, not on the 1st. The first invoice carries rent plus deposit plus delivery, then the cycle settles onto the billing day you chose.
- The contract knows about relocation.
- Minimum term, relocation fee, retrieval clause, ID on file. Renters move, and the paperwork either survives that or it doesn't.

- Is DrumFleet only for washers and dryers?
- No. Rent washers, dryers, fridges, ranges, freezers and more from one system. Set a default price for each appliance type, then adjust any contract.
- Is this laundromat software?
- No. Laundromat software runs machines in a shop you own. This runs machines in other people’s homes, on monthly contracts, billed to a card on file.
- Does it handle payments?
- Yes — card-on-file monthly autopay through your own Stripe account, with the first payment on install day. We never take a cut of your rent; card fees go through your Stripe account at Stripe’s rates.
- Can renters sign contracts on their phone?
- Yes. You send a link; they sign and initial on their phone before delivery, and the signed PDF is filed against the renter.
- What if I only have a few renters?
- Then Launch is $29 a month for up to 25 active rentals, with every feature included. An active rental is one signed contract, however many machines it covers — machines in storage don't count.
- I already track everything in a spreadsheet. Why switch?

- What happens to my data if I leave?
- You export it. Machines, renters, agreements and payments all come out as CSV, on every plan — and still after a trial ends, because reading and exporting never stop working.
