A Rivet alternative with your website already included

Rivet came out of a real washer-and-dryer rental business. The renter walks one path: details, signature, setup fee, delivery window. It’s priced the same way we think about it, by active rentals with every core feature on every tier. And it costs nothing for your first three rentals.

Where we differ: your website. Rivet lists a website as a planned add-on at $499 setup plus $24.99 a month. With DrumFleet a site on your own domain comes with every plan, from the first rental.

Who should pick which

Pick Rivet if…

you’re just starting with a handful of sets, you rent only washers and dryers, and you want renters booking their own delivery window.

Pick DrumFleet if…

you want your website now instead of a paid add-on later, you rent other appliances too, and you want ID on file before the truck rolls.

Built on a working fleet

Four things generic rental software gets wrong.

We built DrumFleet as operators: our founder runs a washer-and-dryer rental business in northern Utah. It shows in the details — and every one of these is checkable inside the free trial.

Autopay starts on install day.
Not on signup, not on the 1st. The first invoice carries rent plus deposit plus delivery, then the cycle settles onto the billing day you chose.
The contract knows about relocation.
Minimum term, relocation fee, retrieval clause, ID on file. Renters move, and the paperwork either survives that or it doesn't.
Payback is tracked per machine.
What you paid, what it has earned, and the month it crossed over. This is the number the business actually runs on, and almost nothing else reports it.
A failed card starts a ladder, not a silence.
Retry, flag, then a dunning sequence on day 0, 3 and 7 — inside the grace window you set, before the retrieval clause is in play.

Your website comes with it.

Try it with your own fleet before you decide.

No card required. 14-day free trial with every feature.
