A LaundryLord alternative: your own domain, every appliance

LaundryLord is focused software for the classic setup: washers and dryers in apartments, a link in your Facebook Marketplace ad. A few things stand out. It tracks Venmo, Zelle and Cash App payments next to Stripe, imports your existing Stripe customers, and gives renters a portal. Your first 10 renters cost nothing.

We’re for the operator who wants to look like a real business at their own web address, or who has started renting fridges and ranges too.

What it costs at your size

LaundryLord prices by renters and says it works out to roughly $1 per renter. We price by active rentals (one signed agreement, however many machines). For most operators those are the same number, so the table treats them as equal.

Who should pick which

Pick LaundryLord if…

you have 10 renters or fewer, a lot of your renters pay by Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, or you want to pull your existing customers straight out of Stripe.

Pick DrumFleet if…

you want your own domain instead of a page on someone else’s, you rent more than washers and dryers, or you want ID on file before delivery.

Built on a working fleet

Four things generic rental software gets wrong.

We built DrumFleet as operators: our founder runs a washer-and-dryer rental business in northern Utah. It shows in the details — and every one of these is checkable inside the free trial.

Autopay starts on install day.
Not on signup, not on the 1st. The first invoice carries rent plus deposit plus delivery, then the cycle settles onto the billing day you chose.
The contract knows about relocation.
Minimum term, relocation fee, retrieval clause, ID on file. Renters move, and the paperwork either survives that or it doesn't.
Payback is tracked per machine.
What you paid, what it has earned, and the month it crossed over. This is the number the business actually runs on, and almost nothing else reports it.
A failed card starts a ladder, not a silence.
Retry, flag, then a dunning sequence on day 0, 3 and 7 — inside the grace window you set, before the retrieval clause is in play.

Your business, your domain, every appliance.

Try it with your own fleet before you decide.

No card required. 14-day free trial with every feature.
