Charging cards, chasing declines, versioning contracts, remembering who was late — the admin was eating the exact hours the business was supposed to buy back. So I built the tool shaped like the business: machines, autopay from install day, e-signed contracts, pickups. Then other operators started asking for it.

Every feature in DrumFleet got tested the only way that counts — on my own renters, my own machines, my own late-payment texts. When you email support, you're emailing someone who has carried a dryer up a third-floor staircase in January.
