A Rentalope alternative for operators who want their own domain from day one

Rentalope is washer-and-dryer rental software built around the loop you already run: pick up a machine, fix it, rent it, deliver it. It starts at $0 for your first 10 units, then $19 a month for unlimited units on Basic. Pro is $49 a month and adds Lope, their voice assistant, plus your renter site on your own domain. Free and Basic put that site on a Rentalope subdomain (like yourbusiness.rentalope.com). If price per unit is the only question and you’re still small, it’s worth a look.

We’re built around a different bet: renters should find you at your own web address on every plan, sign before you deliver, and pay on autopay into your own Stripe account — and you might rent more than washers and dryers. We don’t try to win on being cheapest. We win on every feature and your own site from Launch.

What it costs at your size

Rentalope prices by units (machines). We price by active rentals (one signed contract, however many machines it covers). That makes a clean dollar-for-dollar table messy, so the rows below use rough fleet sizes. Rentalope costs less at almost every size on Basic. Own domain is the line that moves: on Rentalope it’s on Pro; on DrumFleet it’s on Launch.

Who should pick which

Pick Rentalope if…

you want the lowest monthly price, you’re fine with a Rentalope subdomain until Pro, you only rent washers and dryers, and you want Lope or their delivery/repair loop built in.

Pick DrumFleet if…

you want your own domain and every feature from the first paid plan, you rent fridges, ranges or freezers too, you need unlimited team members without upgrading, or you want a 14-day trial that includes the full product before you pick a plan.

Built on a working fleet

Four things generic rental software gets wrong.

We built DrumFleet as operators: our founder runs a washer-and-dryer rental business in northern Utah. It shows in the details — and every one of these is checkable inside the free trial.

Autopay starts on install day.
Not on signup, not on the 1st. The first invoice carries rent plus deposit plus delivery, then the cycle settles onto the billing day you chose.
The contract knows about relocation.
Minimum term, relocation fee, retrieval clause, ID on file. Renters move, and the paperwork either survives that or it doesn't.
Payback is tracked per machine.
What you paid, what it has earned, and the month it crossed over. This is the number the business actually runs on, and almost nothing else reports it.
A failed card starts a ladder, not a silence.
Retry, flag, then a dunning sequence on day 0, 3 and 7 — inside the grace window you set, before the retrieval clause is in play.
