Pricing questions
- Why is the free tier actually free?
- Because operators with 4 machines become operators with 30 machines, and we'd rather grow with you than put a toll booth at the start.
- Do you take a cut of my rental payments?
- No. You pay standard Stripe processing on transactions; DrumFleet takes nothing per payment.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- You drop to the Free plan automatically — no card, no lockout. If your fleet is bigger than 4 machines by then, the app goes read-only until you pick a plan: you keep seeing and exporting everything, you just can't add more until you choose.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes, in-app, no email required. You fall back to the Free plan rather than losing access, and your data exports to CSV.
