Range rental
Software for range rental operators
Track every unit and what it has earned back, send contracts for e-signature from your phone, and collect the rent on autopay. Built by an operator who runs a real fleet.
Shaped like renting ranges, not like a booking system
Most rental software is built around bookings: a customer picks dates, pays for a period, brings the thing back. Renting ranges to households is a different shape — one delivery, an open-ended monthly subscription with a minimum term, an install at somebody's home, and a relationship that runs until someone schedules a pickup.
Your own appliance types
Define what you rent and what it usually costs. Every new contract prefills from it, and you can change any line before you send.
Install fees that reflect reality
A gas range or an over-the-range microwave is not a plug-in washer. Install fees and installation notes ride on the contract and the work order.
Payback per unit
What each machine cost you, what it has collected, and the month it earns itself back.
Autopay from install day
Card on file, charged monthly. Failed payments retry and flag the renter before you notice they are late.
Ranges carry their own specs — Colour, Width (in), Height (in), Depth (in) — recorded on the machine and shown when you pick it for a contract, so you know it fits before the truck is loaded.
Rent something else too?
Most operators do. DrumFleet covers washer, dryer, washer & dryer set, refrigerator, freezer, range, wall oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioner and water heater.

Common questions
- Does DrumFleet handle ranges specifically?
- Yes. You define your own appliance types with their own default pricing, so a range prices differently from a washer, carries its own install fee, and gets its own installation notes on every contract.
- Can I rent more than one kind of appliance?
- That is the normal case. A single contract can carry a fridge, a range and a washer, and each line prices from its own type.
- What does it cost?
- Free for 14 days with no card, then $49/month. See pricing.
Built on a working fleet
Four things generic rental software gets wrong.
DrumFleet was the internal tooling for a washer and dryer rental business before it was a product. It shows in the details — and every one of these is checkable inside the free trial.
- Autopay starts on install day.
- Not on signup, not on the 1st. The first invoice carries rent plus deposit plus delivery, then the cycle settles onto the billing day you chose.
- The contract knows about relocation.
- Minimum term, relocation fee, retrieval clause, ID on file. Renters move, and the paperwork either survives that or it doesn't.
- Payback is tracked per machine.
- What you paid, what it has earned, and the month it crossed over. This is the number the business actually runs on, and almost nothing else reports it.
- A failed card starts a ladder, not a silence.
- Retry, flag, then a dunning sequence on day 0, 3 and 7 — inside the grace window you set, before the retrieval clause is in play.
